Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with customer service software and CRM tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
