Help Desk Technician

We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer support. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and escalating high-priority issues.
About the Role:- This is an office-based position, based in Makati, with flexible working hours.
- You will be working closely with our Product and Engineering teams to resolve technical issues and improve our platform.
- A strong analytical mindset and ability to navigate complex systems are required.
- You will be expected to maintain a positive attitude and composure under pressure.
- Emotional intelligence and resilience are crucial in this role.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in a similar customer-supporting role.
- Proven track record of providing support for complex issues, products, and processes.
- Experience working with support tools like Zendesk, JIRA, Salesforce, Slack, etc.
- Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with customers.
- Night Shift: Employees working hours starting between 10 PM and 4 AM.
