Job Description:

The primary function of this role is to accurately enter behavioral data into the CentralReach platform, supporting our clinical team's efforts.

This position requires a detail-oriented individual with experience in ABA data entry, as well as proficiency in CentralReach and familiarity with ABA terminology and treatment plans.

A key aspect of this role is maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA standards when handling sensitive client information.

  • Enter session data into CentralReach with precision and consistency.
  • Review and validate data for completeness and accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate records and files.
  • Collaborate with clinicians and supervisors to resolve data discrepancies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written communication skills.

  • Proven experience with CentralReach, specifically in ABA data entry.
  • Familiarity with ABA terminology and treatment plans.
