Healthcare Account Representative Job Summary

We seek a highly motivated and customer-focused representative to drive positive relationships with customers.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and services
  • Resolve customer issues promptly

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • Fresh graduates or entry-level professionals with BPO/Call Center experience
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office software

Additional Requirements:

  • 4-year course graduates with or without work experience
  • Completed 2 years in college with 6 months work experience (customer service experience)

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to work on weekends and holidays

Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
