Product Expert Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Expert to manage and optimize our agents' product performance. As an Expert, you will work closely with leadership to understand Meta's goals and develop effective strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product Experts, Team Leads, and Pros to understand their business objectives and develop tailored strategies to reach Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Identify and close gaps in knowledge in areas including ad creation, targeting, budget, and measurement.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Facebook advertising and marketing trends, best practices, and algorithm changes, and proactively share insights and recommendations with the team.
  • Assist Product Experts with knowledge management, including huddle planning, AKN, and gathering insights and feedback for The Client.
  • Develop coaching opportunities to drive adoption of optimal strategies on calls.
  • Create reporting for leadership.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Training.
  • With Sales background.
  • Open to any industry.
