  • Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Strategist to oversee the financial activities of our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing financial records, analyzing data, and developing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including transaction recording, ledger updates, bank statement reconciliations, and document filing.
  2. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process vendor invoices, verify discrepancies, and prepare payments in a timely manner. Generate customer invoices, monitor outstanding balances, and follow up on overdue payments.
  3. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, as well as consolidated financial statements in collaboration with the parent company.
  4. Tax Compliance: Assist in preparing and filing GST, TDS, and other applicable tax returns. Stay updated with the latest tax legislation.
  5. Budgeting: Prepare monthly and quarterly budgets and monitor actual performance throughout the year.
  6. Audit Support: Assist external auditors during annual audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations.
  7. Bank Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank accounts to identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
  8. Expense Management: Monitor and control company expenses by reviewing expense reports and ensuring adherence to expense policies.
  9. Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying regulations, enforcing adherence, filing reports, and advising management on needed actions.
  10. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree holder in commerce, finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with managerial experience working in a Multi-National Company.
  • Certifications: CPA, ACCA, CA certifications or licenses related to accounting or finance are highly preferred.
