As a Clinical Psychologist at MedGrocer, you will be part of a team committed to improving the physical and mental health of millions of Filipinos every year. Your role will involve conducting evidence-based teletherapy with a fixed monthly income on a work-from-home set-up. You will create personalized care plans for clients using evidence-based psychological interventions and apply innovative intervention methods to enhance the effectiveness of teleconsultations.

About the Role

  • Create personalized care plans for clients using evidence-based psychological interventions
  • Manage remote crises for high-risk cases
  • Develop engaging webinars, workshops, and programs focused on mental health in a corporate setting
  • Collaborate with the Mental Health Team for client triaging and scheduling
  • Work from home with flexible arrangements available

What We Look For

  • Masters degree in Psychology
  • Registered psychologist with experience in clinical psychology and psychotherapy
  • Personal computer with stable internet connection and clear audio/video capturing
  • Proficient in using Google Workspace and related applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
