LIKAS YAMAN SERVICE CORPORATION seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Warehouse Operations Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring seamless vessel replenishment, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Encountering Sales Invoices: Thoroughly handle and monitor incoming sales invoices to facilitate smooth transactions.
Vessel Replenishment Monitoring: Continuously track and oversee vessel replenishment activities to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Document Management: Efficiently sort, file, and manage all relevant documents in a secure and accessible manner.

• A degree in any business-related field is preferred.
• Multiplying tasks efficiently and attention to minute details are essential.
• Strong organizational skills are necessary to maintain order in the workspace.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel software is beneficial.
• Willingness to work at our Tondo, Manila facility is required.
