Project Coordinator MEPFS

As a MEPFS Coordinator at Vertical Space Interiors, Inc., you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of MEPFS works in fit-out construction projects. This includes evaluating approved shop drawings and assessing actual site conditions to prepare Combined Services Drawings for trade contractors.

To achieve this, you will coordinate with the Project Manager or Project In-Charge to take actual measurements, place markings, and prepare the site for MEPFS works. Your analytical skills will be utilized to analyze design conflicts and recommend adjustments as needed.

The role also involves informing the Project Manager or Project In-charge of possible delays or changes in schedule arising from MEPFS issues. Additionally, you will give updated instructions to trade contractors after design variations are approved by the Client, ensuring that all parties are informed and up-to-date.

Another key responsibility is to ensure that all MEPFS works are coordinated, inspected, and signed-off prior to closing of wall and ceiling works. You will also monitor adherence to work instructions and report findings to the Project Manager or Project In-charge.

In terms of qualifications, we are looking for an individual with 2-3 years of experience as a MEPFS Coordinator in fit-out construction specializing in high-end commercial and/or hospitality establishments.
