Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end automated email nurture sequences tailored to different customer types.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, write, and schedule regular eDMs including campaigns, educational content, and promotional offers.
  • Optimise email and campaign performance through A/B testing, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Create on-brand digital assets including graphics, campaign visuals, landing pages, social posts, and print collateral (e.g. brochures, posters).
  • Maintain consistent visual identity and tone of voice across all digital and print materials for both brands.
  • Manage and schedule social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn (including posts, stories, and reels).
  • Monitor and respond to social media community engagement and direct messages.
  • Plan and publish social content aligned with brand strategy, seasonal campaigns, and audience needs.
  • Maintain and update Shopify and WordPress websites, including content, layouts, banners, and basic UX enhancements.
  • Coordinate with developers or digital partners on website improvements and new feature development.
  • Support the implementation and reporting of digital marketing campaigns, including product launches and partnership promotions.
  • Manage customer retention initiatives such as re-engagement journeys, win-back campaigns, and loyalty communications.
  • Analyse eDM performance metrics (e.g. open rates, click-throughs) to identify what's working, what isn't, and establish a clear performance baseline to drive improvements.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in a similar digital marketing/design role.
  • Strong design skills using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Experience using platforms like Hubspot, WordPress/Shopify.
  • A strong understanding of customer journeys, lifecycle marketing and retention strategies.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset—you love seeing a task through from start to finish.
  • Bonus if you have experience in women's health, beauty, wellness or ecommerce industries.
  • A positive, can-do attitude, you're collaborative, open-minded, and enjoy working as part of a team.
