Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Line cook/Sous Chef/Prep Chef to join our dynamic team at FOODEE GLOBAL CONCEPTS'. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary talents and contribute to the success of our thriving hospitality business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of menu items to ensure consistent, high-quality food preparation.
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and food costing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient meal preparation and service.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior kitchen staff as needed.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory management.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Line cook, Sous Chef, or Prep Chef in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Strong technical cooking skills and knowledge of various cooking methods and food preparation techniques.
  • Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and kitchen best practices.
  • Passion for creating delicious, visually appealing dishes.
