AI/ML Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models and AI-powered systems for consumer-facing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop production-grade AI/ML models and systems
  • Participate in the full AI lifecycle: brainstorming, conceptualization, prototyping, experimentation, and writing high-quality code
  • Contribute to the architecture, implementation, and management of cloud infrastructure for AI solutions
  • Design and build reusable AI/ML platforms, components, and frameworks
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver scalable AI solutions
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on building and deploying production-grade AI/ML models and systems
  • LLM Experience: Hands-on experience building applications leveraging LLMs and deploying them into a production environment
  • Broad ML Domain Knowledge: Practical experience or solid knowledge in various machine learning domains such as NLP, Computer Vision, Personalization & Recommendation systems, and/or Anomaly Detection
  • Technical Breadth: Deep familiarity and hands-on experience with relevant technologies such as backend services, cloud platforms, front-end frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, REST/WebSocket API development, and database technologies
  • Solid Engineering Fundamentals: Proven ability in software design, data structures, algorithms, and writing clean, testable, and maintainable code
