Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Research & Development team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining multi-tenant software platforms on Microsoft Azure.

We require a strong background in cloud infrastructure, containerization, and orchestration systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to alerts, investigate issues, and identify root causes to ensure the stability and reliability of the SaaS environment.
  • Develop and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, including configuration, automation, and monitoring.
  • Utilize Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes to containerize applications and scale them efficiently.
  • Manage cloud resources on the Azure platform, optimizing cost, security, and performance.
  • Set up monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to ensure availability, performance, and security of systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with the security team to implement best practices for security, compliance, and vulnerability management.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of major cloud service provider operations experience is required.
  • Experience maintaining, scaling, and operating a consumer multi-tenant offering is necessary.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a SaaS organization is required.
  • Proven experience with containers and container orchestration systems is required.
  • Experience designing, improving, and operating CI/CD release pipelines is necessary.
  • Templating and configuration languages for one or more of the following are required: Azure Resource Manager (ARM/Bicep), Terraform, JSON, YAML.
  • Powershell experience is required.
