They are responsible for maintaining a roster of staff with accurate employee details, including availability, preferences, and skills. This includes coordinating with operations, clients, and client services to gather relevant data for forecasting and capacity planning.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, numerical literacy, and the ability to navigate MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and other database generating applications. Proficiency in Google Suites is a definite plus. A thorough understanding of WFM efficiency metrics is essential for achieving a balanced staffing level.

In this role, you will be responsible for publishing over/under snapshots and creating action plans to address any staffing gaps or minimize overages. You will also ensure that the seating plan is accurate and adequate to meet operational needs.
