Job Description

As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of automated testing solutions using Tricentis Tosca. You will work closely with project managers, developers, and client stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery while fostering a culture of Leadership, Excellence, and Innovation.

This role requires both technical expertise and team leadership, aligned with core values and a culture of Agility, Accountability, Innovation, Collaboration, and Customer Centricity.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading the design, development, and maintenance of test automation frameworks and scripts using Tosca.
  • Collaborating with development teams and clients to manage testing activities and resolve quality issues.
  • Integrating Tosca with CI/CD pipelines and test management tools such as Jira and QTest.
  • Performing API, UI, and database testing using automation strategies.
  • Generating test reports and dashboards, providing insights and recommendations for quality improvement.
  • Mentoring junior and mid-level Quality Engineers, promoting skills development and best practices.
  • Continuously enhancing automation processes and contributing to business growth initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in test automation using Tricentis Tosca.

Strong skills in model-based testing, Tosca TBox and XPress modules, DEX execution, and API testing.

Proficient in SQL for database testing and validation.

Experience integrating Tosca with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and version control systems (e.g., Git).

Familiarity with scripting languages like VBScript, Java, or Tosca's customization APIs.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Experience leading automation teams and working directly with clients.
