Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned B2B copywriter to craft high-performing content across LinkedIn, email, and social channels. The ideal candidate will develop campaign concepts, write original on-brand copy, and drive pipeline growth while leveraging AI to accelerate research and ideation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Own end-to-end content creation for outbound campaigns (email + LinkedIn) and organic/paid social posts.
  2. Build messaging frameworks, hooks, angles, and CTAs for specific ICPs and buyer stages.
  3. Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts/threads for executives; craft carousels, short video scripts, and captions.
  4. Create campaign assets: sequences, DMs, InMails, snippets, landing page headlines, and ad copy.
  5. A/B test subject lines, openers, value props, and CTAs; iterate based on performance data.
  6. Maintain a weekly content calendar; repurpose high-performing content across channels.
  7. Collaborate with strategy, research, and SDR teams to align targeting and offers.
  8. Use AI tools for research, brief creation, and variations—final copy is original.
  9. Track and report on KPIs (reply rate, booking rate, CTR, engagement, follower growth).
Requirements:
  1. 5–10 years of B2B copywriting experience focused on performance and lead generation.
  2. Proven results writing LinkedIn + email sequences and social posts that convert.
  3. Mastery of concise, executive-friendly messaging and clear, compelling CTAs.
  4. Native-level/fluent English with impeccable grammar and tone control across industries.
  5. Strong grasp of modern outbound and social mechanics (hooks, pattern breaks, objection handling).
  6. Data-driven mindset; comfortable interpreting metrics and iterating rapidly.
  7. Experience using AI ethically to speed research and ideation while delivering original copy.
  8. Ability to work East Coast (ET) hours, manage deadlines, and start immediately.
