Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day financial activities, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize accounting software such as Quickbooks, Xero, Intacct, NetSuite to efficiently manage financial records.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements to provide timely insights for management review.
  • Generate detailed financial reports that meet the needs of stakeholders.
  • Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is essential.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles is required.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations are necessary.
