Electrical Supervisor

The Electrical Foreman role at Subic Drydock Corporation is a critical position responsible for overseeing the performance of electricians and ensuring compliance with company policies and job descriptions.

• Supervise and coordinate electrical work operations, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Interpret blueprints and prepare layouts, patterns, and sketches as necessary to ensure accurate execution of electrical projects.
• Perform overhauls, modifications, calibration, inspection, testing, and troubleshooting of pneumatic controls and electronics.
• Assist in scheduling and supervising works on electrical projects for repair and maintenance, including electrical equipment and building/yard/ship equipment.
• Maintain records of individual time, man hours expended on the job, accidents/injuries, work progress, and prepare reports as required.
• Prepare performance ratings, initiate disciplinary or commendatory actions, and recommend promotions, transfers, etc.

• Education: 2 years vocational related course; college level and Registered Master Electrician
• Experience: At least 3-5 years supervisory related experience
• Skills:
  • Good communication and personal relation skills
  • Computer literate
  • Comprehend blueprints, sketches, and plans
