This exciting position is part of our Business Services team, where you will play a vital role in setting travel policy, supporting decision-making, and responding to emergencies. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in managing supplier relationships and overseeing travel vendor accountability.

To excel in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a willingness to learn new technologies quickly. Self-motivation, responsibility, and a keen sense of initiative are also highly valued.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Engage with colleagues to address travel queries and issues
  • Work with the wider business services team on company and industry event plans
  • Hold travel vendors accountable for providing excellent service
  • Check invoices to ensure accurate charges and timely payments, credits, and refunds for travel
  • Monitor trends, spend, emissions, and compliance with company policy
  • Track unused tickets, credits, and airline points usage

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Ability to travel up to four times a year for company events of up to two weeks duration
