About the Role

This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced audit professional to lead and manage engagement teams in performing audits, assurances and compliance work.

  • This role involves making informed decisions that positively impact the financial performance and enhance quality of outcomes.
  • You will develop and manage project plans to execute high-quality audits, ensuring compliance with auditing and accounting standards, laws and regulations, ethical standards, independence requirements, and the firm's quality control procedures.
  • A key aspect of this role is to perform risk assessment procedures to provide a basis for the identification and assessment of material misstatement risks.

Key Responsibilities

  1. To possess a recognized professional accounting qualification and at least 4 years of relevant audit experience in a professional practice.
  2. Preferably, you should be a member of MIA/MICPA/ACCA/ICAEW/CPA Australia or equivalent.
  3. Audit experience in well-established professional services firms is an added advantage.

Your Key Deliverables

  • To lead and manage engagement teams to perform audits, assurances, and compliance work for diversified clients across various industries.
  • To guide and mentor team members, review their work, and develop good relationships with clients.
  • To assist partners in planning work and change management.
