Content Strategist & Social Media Advisor

The Role
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for hotel clients across various platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video content.
  • Host live webinars, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching to equip clients with the skills and knowledge required to create compelling content.
  • Collaborate with our content team to ensure consistency and quality across all hotel brands.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Teach hotel clients how to create captivating content for Instagram, TikTok, and Reels, focusing on visuals, captions, tone, and strategy.
  2. Review client content and offer constructive feedback to improve their social media presence.
  3. Provide expert advice on hashtags, scheduling, and content planning to maximize reach and engagement.
  4. Advise on photo and video best practices, even using just a phone, to enhance visual storytelling.
  5. Develop templates, guides, and checklists to support clients in achieving their social media goals.
  6. Work closely with the content team to translate trends into actionable hotel strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2+ years experience in social media strategy, content creation, or coaching.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video trends.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Experience working with brands or small businesses, preferably in the hospitality sector.
  • A strong aesthetic sense and understanding of brand storytelling.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Later, CapCut, or Instagram Insights.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience working with hotel, travel, or tourism-related accounts.
  • Familiarity with influencer collaboration strategies.
  • Comfort offering feedback on visuals, bios, link-in-bio tools, and profiles.
  • Basic knowledge of how social media supports direct bookings or funnels.
