Job DescriptionWe are looking for experienced call center representatives who possess strong communication skills and can effectively interact with clients. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in a BPO setting and be proficient in English language.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. They must also be open to working onsite in Quezon City and willing to adapt to a shifting schedule.
Requirements- Must have completed a minimum of 2 years in college without any back subjects.
- Should possess strong communication skills.
- Must be open to working onsite in Quezon City.
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule is required.
- Should be available to start immediately.
- Must have a good command of the English language.
- At least 6 months of experience in a BPO setting is necessary.
