We are currently looking for a talented individual to fill the role of Wealth Management Officer in our Priority Banking department in Binondo.

As a Wealth Management Officer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our high-net-worth clients, ensuring their banking needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a liaison between the EastWest Priority Center and Retail Banking Group Store Sales and Sales Support Officers for banking transactions
  • Executing required documents related to the fulfillment of EastWest Priority Clients transactions
  • Collaborating with internal departments to resolve client queries and issues

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A degree in Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Studies, Administration, Management, or Commerce
  • At least 1 year of experience in Banking/Financial Services, preferably in a customer-facing capacity
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
