Lead Credit Recovery Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Collections Manager to oversee the monitoring and control of delinquency, minimizing credit losses while ensuring timely invoicing and payment collection. This role involves managing staff members and implementing strategies to improve the collection of outstanding credit.

• Fintech Operations, encompassing Credit Underwriting, Collections, and/or Customer Service with a thorough understanding of the Credit Customer Lifecycle Process.
• Supervising team members and guaranteeing accurate and timely billing of customers.
• Developing and executing a strategy to enhance the collection of outstanding credit balances.
• Implementing collection policies and procedures to prevent excessive outstanding credit.
• Ensuring adherence to company recoveries policy and compliance with regulations.
• Establishing deadlines for invoicing and payment collection.
• Negotiating with customers in instances of non-payment.
• Preparing regular reports on payment collections.
• Maintaining awareness of legislative procedural training regarding debt collection.
• Training and mentoring staff members in the collections department.

• A minimum of 7 years' relevant work experience as a collections manager.
• Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Legal Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to work accurately and independently.
