Job Title: Molding Technical Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Molding Technical Specialist to join our team at BONAFIDE TRAINOLOGY PLACEMENT SERVICES.

  • Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Molding Technical Engineer with expertise in handling training activities and skill improvement for subordinates.
  • Process improvement activities, including set-up time, cycle time, and downtime reduction, are also essential.
  • Developing and establishing new models and processes, as well as knowledge of general Molding defects and countermeasures, are crucial.
  • Experience with tooling construction and hot runner systems is a plus.
  • Ability to troubleshoot defects in Blow molding processes and utilize 7 QC tools effectively.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with a willingness to adapt to new knowledge and work collaboratively with colleagues and superiors.

  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and training to subordinates to enhance their skills and performance.
