Job Title

Limited Slot - Call Center/ CSR - Non-Voice Role

We are looking for a skilled professional to fill a Limited Slot role in our team. This position involves providing excellent customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide information assistance via phone calls
  • Process mail, fax, and internet mail to assist clients
  • Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns
  • Answer participant questions and gather critical information
Requirements
  • No prior experience required for college graduates
  • Open to High School and Senior High School Graduates with BPO experience
  • Excellent English communication skills required
  • BPO experience is an advantage but not necessary
  • Ability to work onsite
  • Located within 25km to 35 km
