As a Game Designer, you will play a key role in crafting world-class online slot games that captivate players globally.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading gaming entertainment supplier and contribute to creating innovative game mechanics, engaging user experiences, and successful commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create Slot Game Mechanics: Design and develop game mechanics from scratch, including base gameplay, bonus features, progression systems, and monetization models.
  • Optimize Core Game Parameters: Collaborate with math and analytics teams to define and optimize core game parameters such as Return to Player (RTP) and Volatility, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and regulatory standards.
  • Craft Intuitive UX Flows: Develop intuitive user experience flows and engaging UI layouts that complement game mechanics and enhance overall player engagement.
  • Develop Comprehensive Game Design Documentation: Create feature specs, wireframes, user flows, game logic diagrams, and math model descriptions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Mathematicians, Developers, Artists, Producers, and QA to ensure seamless execution from concept to live game.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: 2+ years in slot or casino game design, ideally with titles that have gone to market.
  • Strong Grasp of Game Math: Probability, RTP, volatility, hit frequency, and paytable logic.
  • Solid Understanding of UX/UI Principles: How player interaction drives retention and engagement.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas effectively.
