As an Accounting and Regulatory Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our financial records and adherence to regulatory requirements.
You will be responsible for ensuring timely filing and payment of tax returns, coordinating renewal of business permits, and ensuring compliance to BIR's tax mapping requirements.
In addition, you will assist in handling BIR examinations and other special projects, respond to letters of notice, review tax accounts, and coordinate with Corporate Secretary and/or Company lawyers for legal compliances.
You will also be responsible for handling tax accounting tasks such as preparation and/or review of group reporting packages (tax), deferred tax asset, and uncertain tax position analyses, as well as providing tax advice on various tax issues raised by operations and support groups.
Key qualifications include a strong understanding of Philippine taxation and government compliance regulations, experience in tax accounting, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate financial records.
