De Castro Consulting is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to play a key role in managing our recruitment process. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing efficient recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in high-volume hiring and a minimum of 2 years working within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector. They will be adept at managing large-scale recruitment initiatives to fulfill our company's staffing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Coordination: Coordinate and implement recruitment strategies to effectively engage with a wide array of potential applicants.

  2. Candidate Management: Manage candidate relationships from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.

  3. Evaluation and Interviews: Conduct preliminary assessments and organize interview sessions to evaluate candidate qualifications, ensuring they align with job specifications and company culture.

  4. Onboarding Support: Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.

  5. Performance Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to inform future hiring decisions.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: At least 6 months of experience in high-volume recruitment settings and a minimum of 2 years working within the BPO industry.

  2. Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.

  3. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) and experience with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.

Working Conditions:

  1. Standard Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day.

  2. Occasional Travel: Required for events such as job fairs and networking functions.
