Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for developing training materials that are engaging, effective, and meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with SMEs to create high-quality content, review and apply changes as needed, and collaborate with project teams to ensure successful implementation.

Key Qualifications
  • Instructional Design Expertise: You must have expertise in instructional design models, including ADDIE and SAM, and be familiar with Bloom's Taxonomy and other relevant models.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with peers and stakeholders.
  • Experience in Training Development: You must have experience in writing training materials, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and other learning theories.
  • Ability to Prioritize Multiple Projects: You must be able to develop multiple projects simultaneously, even when those projects may fall outside of core responsibilities.
  • Minimum Qualifications: You must have a minimum of one year experience in customer or technical support service or business process outsourcing (BPO) environment, and a bachelor's degree with a minimum of two years experience in a learning and development environment focusing on training curriculum design, development, and delivery.
