Job Description:

The IT Hardware Management Associate maintains and regularly updates the company's hardware and software inventory. This role involves tracking assets' health and status, resolving issues with devices or software solutions, and ensuring that persistent problems are addressed effectively.

Maintaining up-to-date inventory records is crucial in this position. The incumbent will be responsible for tracking incoming and outgoing products, monitoring inventory levels to inform stock replenishment, and keeping the stockroom and staging areas clean and organized.

A key aspect of this role is strong collaboration with the End-User Services (EUS) department for inventory stocking and asset deployment. Additionally, the successful candidate will ensure accurate asset deployment and returns, perform inventory physical counts, and handle asset disposal tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering (ECE), Computer Science, or Information Technology
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Technical Support, Network Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong background in Windows Operating System and Microsoft products, including MS Office
  • Experience in computer setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and inventory management
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with excellent communication skills
