We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead UX Designer to spearhead the design of a consumer-facing mobile app for elderly care and a platform for healthcare professionals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design user-friendly, scalable solutions for both applications
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and clinical teams
  • Conduct research and analysis to understand user needs, especially older adults

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably with health or medical tech products
  • 2+ years of startup experience with independent work management
  • Experience designing for older adults (ages 65 to 80) with a focus on accessibility and usability
  • Proficiency in Figma with fast, organized, and collaborative approach
