Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team at JK Network Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line technical support for IT-related queries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
  • Log, track, and escalate tickets using IT service management tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in IT Service Desk or Helpdesk.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, and Active Directory.
