Key Responsibilities

  • E-commerce Platform Management: Familiarize yourself with major e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, TikTok, Zalora, and Lazada.
  • Product Updates: Timely update our products on various e-commerce platforms, monitor product evaluations, and process related information promptly.
  • Data Management: Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management, analysis, and reporting tasks.
  • Social Media Proficiency: Leverage a strong understanding of social media platforms and their features to enhance online presence and customer engagement.
  • Analytics: Apply strong quantitative and analytical skills to interpret data and improve product listings and sales strategies.
  • Agility: Work efficiently in a fast-paced, agile environment, adapting to changes and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Pressure Management: Maintain composure and productivity under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience handling online selling platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, etc.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and its features.
  • E-commerce Knowledge: Strong understanding of e-commerce and social media platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
