Chief Financial Analyst

• Apply financial rules and regulations to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards in recording General Ledger journals.
• Ensure timely completion of month-end tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Prepare/review monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations, ensuring the accuracy of recorded revenues, expenses, and adjustments for each project.
• Conduct financial analysis revolving around Project Accounting, analyzing monthly reports and recording revenue and costs relevant to performance assessments.
• Generate monthly financial reports and other ad-hoc requests as necessary.
• Review internal and external audit output and recommend improvements in processes and controls.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in General Accounting, Reporting, and Financial Statements analysis in a Global Shared Services setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent; preferably CPA certification.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP & CPM).
• Preferred knowledge/experience in CPM and project P&L analysis.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/accounts.
• Willingness to work extended hours during month-end closing and forecasting periods.
