Senior Marketing Executive Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to drive our international expansion strategy. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with extensive e-commerce experience, particularly in scaling brands from 7-figure to 8-figure revenues.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to expand into international markets (US and UK).
  • Design and launch targeted marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions and product launches.
  • Oversee brand development and enhancement to resonate with international markets while maintaining consistency and authenticity.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Analyze customer behavior and implement strategies to optimize the website for higher conversion rates and improved user experience.
  • Develop email marketing strategies using Klaviyo to drive customer retention and conversion.
  • Lead SEO initiatives to increase organic traffic and search rankings.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics, identify trends, and adjust strategies to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead a small team, including a social media specialist, and plan for team growth by identifying skill gaps and recruiting top talent.
