About the Role:
This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires strong communication skills, empathy and problem-solving abilities. You'll be responsible for receiving telephone calls from customers, assessing their needs and addressing issues in a timely manner. You'll also work on concurrent chat sessions, use online systems to gather information and resolve issues, and track customer requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone
- Assess customer needs and address issues promptly
- Work on multiple chat sessions simultaneously

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need a minimum of 1 year of call center experience (inbound), previous related BPO work experience in Healthcare/Insurance (preferred) and fluency in English speaking and writing. You'll also need excellent written communication skills, the ability to handle multiple chats concurrently and strong problem-solving skills.
