Role Summary

The Finance Analyst II plays a critical role in supporting Conduent's business growth and financial performance by providing timely and accurate financial insights and recommendations. Main Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and analyze financial plans, forecasts, and reports to support business planning and decision-making.
  2. Develop and maintain financial models to optimize financial performance and support business growth.
  3. Identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities, and develop recommendations to improve financial performance.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of financial strategies.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.

Skills and Qualifications
  1. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a corporate setting.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively communicate financial insights and recommendations to non-financial stakeholders.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other financial software applications.
