E-commerce Strategic Lead

The Salient Pearl Corporation is seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Strategic Lead to oversee the online sales and presence of our company.

As an E-commerce Strategic Lead, you will be responsible for creating and implementing e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth, increase website traffic, and enhance the user experience. This includes overseeing product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and imagery.

You will also collaborate with web developers to ensure the website is functional, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines. Additionally, you will lead or collaborate on digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, advertising, social media marketing, and develop strategies to build customer loyalty and personalized marketing.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing with proven online sales growth. You should possess strong digital marketing, SEO/SEM, analytics, project management, and leadership skills, as well as experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee) and web optimization.
