Job Title:

A Visionary Design Specialist is required to create captivating visual stories that communicate the company's value proposition and capabilities. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design engaging materials that resonate with global clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design & Visual Storytelling: Collaborate with the Business Development, Strategy, and Creative teams to develop high-impact presentations, pitch decks, proposals, and case studies.
  • Creative Concepting: Support the development of new business pitches and creative assets by turning strategic insights and campaign ideas into visually engaging materials.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure all design output adheres to the brand identity and visual standards across presentations and sales materials.
  • Template Customization: Adapt master templates and create client-specific versions tailored to industry verticals, audiences, and campaign needs.
  • Data Visualization: Turn complex data, research findings, and campaign results into clear, visually engaging infographics, charts, and diagrams.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Join brainstorming sessions and internal reviews when needed to align design execution with pitch strategy.
  • Project Management: Handle multiple deadlines and overlapping requests while maintaining high-quality output and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field, and 3-5 years of experience in presentation design, graphic design, or visual communication.

Strong design portfolio with emphasis on presentation design is required, along with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Excellent written and spoken English skills are also essential.

Additionally, familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney) to enhance copy clarity or support visual ideation is a plus.

Requirements:
