IT Director

Ergo Contract Phil Inc. is seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to lead our technology operations and ensure the security and efficiency of our systems.

• Plan, organize, and control IT and electronic data operations to meet business needs.
• Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, and appraising their performance.
• Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures to ensure data security and network access.
• Audit systems and assess their outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
• Preserve assets, information security, and control structures to maintain organizational policy.
