About the Job

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee and manage third-party vendors within our Consumer domain for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Consumer support requirements, vendor management best practices, and a proven track record of effectively managing vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage performance and relationships with BPO vendors
  • Generate insights and present them to stakeholders
  • Create and/or execute strategies to improve vendor performance
  • Evaluate vendors' compliance with requirements policy-wise and contractually
  • Solve performance-related problems using Lean Six Sigma principles
  • Drive continuous improvements and quality performance of partner metrics such as quality, productivity, staffing, training, attrition, and efficiency
  • Hold vendors accountable to executing operational excellence & contractual standards
  • Participate in strategic decisions with cross-functional teams to meet quality and service goals
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve technical, process, and operational issues
Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant vendor management or Consumer Operations experience
  • Experience leading BPO operations in the Consumer space or directly relevant Consumer Operations in the Financial sector
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to use data to drive operations improvements
