About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Backup and Recovery Engineer to join our team at Monroe Consulting Group Philippines. Our client is a multinational technology company that develops precision power conversion, measurement and control technologies. As a Backup and Recovery Engineer, you will be responsible for the configuration, monitoring, administration, and maintenance of the backup environment. This includes backup servers, storage, tape drives, cloud storage, network configuration, tapes, and clients.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience managing technical storage and/or backup systems. They will also have at least 3 years of relevant work experience, with proven ability to successfully lead and oversee critical IT compliance programs. Additionally, they will have 5+ years of experience leading a technical storage and/or backup team. Expertise in Windows Server, Cloud platforms (Google Cloud & Azure), VMWare, and databases is also required. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with other teams to ensure effective delivery of Storage and Backup solutions is essential.
