Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, customize, and maintain MS Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business needs.
  • Configure workflows, business rules, and security models within Dynamics CRM.
  • Develop and implement plugins, scripts, and custom applications to extend CRM functionality.
  • Integrate MS Dynamics CRM with external applications, databases, and third-party services using APIs and web services.
  • Perform data migrations, ensuring data integrity and consistency between legacy and Dynamics CRM environments.
  • Optimize CRM performance through debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
  • Provide technical support and user training to ensure smooth CRM adoption across teams.
  • Document technical designs, processes, and system configurations for reference and future development.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in Microsoft Dynamics.
