About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly manage the store from all aspects of management
  • Report to Area Sales Managers and VP-Retail Operations
  • Represent the store in Monthly Sales Meetings/Business Planning
  • Analyze brands and develop effective strategies to meet sales targets
  • Coordinate with store staff to ensure sufficient inventory and target sales
  • Effectively communicate with staff, vendors, mall admin, and third-party agencies/Coop
  • Maintain optimal customer service and compliance with company standards
  • Encourage staff to interact with customers and build their personality and confidence
  • Perform other tasks assigned by superiors from time to time
