Cybersecurity Strategist

Visage Executive Search is seeking a highly skilled Information Security Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity and experience in managing information security programs.

• Develop and implement an Information Security Management Program to ensure the protection of information assets.
• Identify, evaluate, and report information security risks in relation to regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with business units to implement information security practices and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Establish and maintain a knowledge database on security trends, practices, and laws and regulations.
• Manage risk by regularly assessing system vulnerabilities and establishing a risk-based process for vendor risk management.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with business stakeholders and communicate information security requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure security assessments are compliant with regulatory standards.
• Respond to security incidents, including data breaches, and recommend corrective actions.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Master's degree in a related field is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in Cyber & Information Security or IT Security Management.
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certificate.
• Proficient in MS Office programs and excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Solid knowledge in network security, IT regulatory compliance implementation, and security protocols.
