As a key member of our team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for SERVICORE INC. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of recruitment principles and be knowledgeable in various job portals and recruitment processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Source and attract high-quality candidates for open positions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with hiring managers and candidates

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HRDM, or related field
- At least 1 year experience as a Recruitment Assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
