Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced assurance professional to lead engagements across various industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of generally accepted auditing standards, GAAP, FASB, OCBOA, and industry-specific rules.

This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate timely results internally and externally on project and client information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain our core values and service standards while delivering exceptional results.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of financial statements using electronic sources and software.
  • Identify, analyze, and articulate problems and opportunities, proposing solutions to client issues.
  • Gather a deep understanding of company operations to assess internal controls and provide business process solutions to client management.
  • Nurture positive relationships with clients.
  • Manage complex tasks from start to finish.
  • Supervise and mentor staff and interns on detailed engagements for moderately complex to less complex clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited college.
  • Meet the 150 hour rule and/or possess a CPA certification.
  • 2-4 years of recent public accounting experience.
  • Familiarity with paperless auditing applications is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong research, organizational, computer, and analytical skills are essential.
