Senior Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Director with extensive experience in financial management to lead our client relationships, drive strategic growth, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

This role requires the ability to manage complex financial operations, oversee a team of finance professionals, and develop innovative solutions to drive business success.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and leadership abilities. Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting is essential. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Yardi, or AppFolio is also required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental goals.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and implement financial controls and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with senior management and clients to address financial inquiries, resolve issues, and provide strategic insights.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and relevant accounting practices.
  • Experience in property management accounting is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software.
