About the Role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, utilizing technologies such as React and Gatsby while consuming content from aheadless Drupal instance using pipelines and environments such as Pantheon, AWS, and GCP. You will also have the opportunity to work directly in Drupal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and Implementing Front-end Solutions
  • Write readable, maintainable code for clients with minimal technical oversight
  • Manage project facets like Quality, Performance, and Security
  • Assume responsibility for complex component architecture and development
  • Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements
  • Communicate with team members and clients about task status, availability, and technology-related questions
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience within the software industry
  • 3+ years of experience as a front-end developer with React
  • 2+ years of experience with Gatsby, Next, or similar React frameworks
  • Familiarity with automated unit testing
  • Experience working in distributed, agile environments planning and executing on projects using Agile methodologies
  • Confident use of Git for version control
  • Experience with AWS or GCP in a DevOps capacity is a plus
  • Experience developing continuous integration, delivery, and deployment pipelines
Nice to Have
  • Professional experience with Drupal 8+, PHP, Composer, relational databases, and full-stack development is a big plus
